Emily Ipsen was able to help me achieve ALL of the goals we discussed on session 1.  I was nervous spending the money for her services but after trying to meet my goals on my own, cost was no longer a barrier.  Our consultation was thorough and I clearly stated my goals and knew I was being listened to and understood.  I was instructed to buy a lot of supplements and change my eating habits…  while still operating with MY preferences.  The first few weeks were uncomfortable as my body adapted to change… but my goals were slowly starting to become realized.  As a professional trainer, coach and teacher and triathlete; I know that the body can adapt best in 4 week blocks. I took the same approach with Emily’s program- no matter the short term effects.

Emily serviced my concerns and made adjustments as needed.  6 ½ weeks later I achieved ALL my goals- though at times I questioned if I ever would.  I stuck to the program, continued to take the supplements, altered my eating, meal timing and nutrient timing. It paid off.  I lost ALL of the weight I had set out to while not starving myself.  I now sleep through the night, every night after years of broken sleep pattern. Sleep IS the single most important part of athletic recovery and I now I’m getting it.  I continue to take the suggested supplements and have happily adopted new and healthier eating habits, nutrient timing and consumption and are getting the right micro and macro nutrients to keep up my 20+ hour training week.
