Nutrition Consultations (60 minutes)
You are not what you eat—but what you are able to digest. Emily will assess your digestive capabilities in order to optimize the nutritional value of the foods you eat, and will provide a customized plan of action. She will listen to your health goals, complete a full review (diet, lifestyle, medical history, lab reports, health symptoms, current supplements and medication). In return you will receive a nutritional profile analysis, personalized nutritional recommendations, a sample shopping list, meal and snack ideas, and most of all—the tools you need to SUCCEED.

Family Member Add-on: Want to extend your private consultation to benefit your loved ones as well? No problem. In our meeting we can devise a plan to incorporate the whole family, as well as additional plans for individual family members. (These members are not required to be present during the time of consultation)
Follow-Up Nutrition Consultations (30 minutes)
Follow-up consultations are recommended one week after your initial visit, and then every two weeks for 90 days. This is a great way maintain success with continuous support, personalized motivation, and individualized adjustments for greater results!
