Boost Your Immune System, Fast!
Now, more than ever, it imperative that we take control of our health. Boost your immunity by:
– Staying well hydrated with clean water. Aim for at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces, daily.
– Incorporate immune supportive herbs, such as: garlic, ginger, astragalus, and green tea
